We are a professional home flipping company who designs and creates every project from start to finish. Our team of experts that handle the plans and permit process  help our team of contractors bring our vision to life. We offer a wide range of services from interior to exterior work and provide superior customer service to prospective clients who wish to make their dreams a reality.

My spouse and I created and founded this idea which was based on the fact that we built our own home from scratch. We streamlined and modernized renovations by bringing design, materials, approvals and general contractors into a single tech-enabled experience and in doing so our company was built, we thought if we could turn these inspirations and ideas into reality with what we did to our home why not share it with the world and that’s how The Moreira Exchange was born. We have a passion and love for what we do, it’s not just a job it’s a building and creating of a lifestyle and lifetime of relationships together.
